Quiet

.
 “All men’s

miseries

derive

from not

being able

to sit in a

quiet room

alone.”

.

~Blaise Pascal
.

.

Quiet the noisy mind.

One does not have to seek the Buddha,

become the Eastern mystic who lives only

in quiet contenplation of bliss,

just learn to turn it on and off.

Today, become aware of who you are

and know that a Higher Power

has given you the choice to be comfortable

inside of your own head.

Misery is optional.

Life is the balance between loud and quiet.

Life is living and loving in the here and now.
